At Josh’s production facility in Ft. Lauderdale FL, bands and artists can meet to arrange songs, map tempos, and record scratch parts in a comfortable environment without the stress of hourly studio rates. This type of preparation ensures that the final recording process will be smooth and quick, with no need for costly and time-consuming experimentation.

Depending on budget, Josh offers a number of options during the recording process – perform the songs live as a band, individually record instruments to a click track, or record multiple parts at once in any combination. Josh has a strong working relationship with some of South Florida’s top recording facilities. Or you can record your whole record, “off the clock”, at Josh’s own studio, equipped with state-of-the art audio recording equipment and a powerful audio workstation for digital recording, editing, mixing, and musical arrangement.

For those who want a larger sound on the record, Josh can assist in arranging and recording additional musical elements on top of the base tracks, including orchestral/string arrangements, instrument overdubs, vocal harmonies, synth and drum programming, and just about anything else that you request.

From pre-production through vocal tracking, Josh has coached singers in achieving a pristine vocal tone and honing in on their vocal abilities in general. He will work one-on-one with singers on breathing techniques, pronunciation and performance on troublesome passages, and all other elements necessary to get that perfect vocal performance.

What happens when you have that “almost-perfect” take – that would be a keeper if it wasn’t for a few off-time drum hits or pitchy vocal parts? Thanks to digital audio editing, you can fix these problems with ease. Whether it be time correction, vocal tuning, or just comping multiple takes to get one great one, these tasks can all be done in no time at Josh’s project studio, usually at no or little additional cost.
